We ship worldwide. Every piece leaves our workshop insured, tracked, and signature on delivery.
Dispatch times
Most pieces are made to order. Standard production is 2 to 4 weeks from order confirmation. Concierge and bespoke pieces have timeframes confirmed individually.
Ready-to-ship pieces leave within 2 business days.
You'll receive a dispatch email with tracking as soon as your piece is on its way.

Transit times are estimates once the piece leaves our workshop. Customs clearance can add time for international orders.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on all Bonded Matter orders, domestic and international. Reshipment after a returned-to-sender parcel is the only exception (see below).
Duties and taxes
Australian orders include GST.
For international orders, we calculate and charge import duties and taxes at checkout where your destination supports it. This means no surprise customs bill on delivery for the standard duty and tax.
In rare cases, destination customs or carriers may apply additional charges outside our estimate, for example brokerage, handling, or regulatory fees. These are your responsibility. We can't predict or refund them.
Signature and insurance
Every shipment requires a signature and is fully insured from our workshop to your hands. If nobody's available, the carrier will leave a card with pickup or redelivery options.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your piece doesn't arrive, arrives damaged, or shows signs of tampering, don't open or use it. Contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at moments@bondedmatter.com and we'll lodge an insurance claim and send a replacement.
Incorrect address
Double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't redirect once a piece has been dispatched. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we'll reship at your cost.
